I have been living at Monarch Manor for the LAST 10 YEARS. It is great. Lupe is my favorite person in the whole world. She helps me with everything. She is an ear when I need someone to listen and she is a helper with I need it too. The place is clean and well run.

Patrick Moore, I am so sorry that you feel that way. We use a laundry service for our sheets so not sure why you think they are yellow. If a resident has an accident, it is the housekeepers job to change the sheets and let staff know that the incident occurred. In regard to your paycheck, you quit and when someone quits, they are paid on the normal payday. I have texts of your conversation with the owner that were very pleasant and he even asked what would be the best way to get you your check.You wanted to pick up your check and did so on payday so not sure why you felt like you had to jump over backwards?? We stride to do the best that we can do for our residents!
