New Pond Village

The personalized care that is provided for my mother & father at New Pond Village in Walpole MA truly is extended from every staff member in that facility. The better word is actually a community and every staff member from housecleaning, coordinators, dining staff, nurses, personal care attendents and all members of management truly care for my parents. As an adult son who is in the throws of still caring for my own children and now caring for my parents, New Pond Village has given me not just the knowledge that my parents are in a safe place but are actually enjoying their time while giving me piece of mind. I cannot stress the amount of social activities that are offered for my parents and not just at the independent living area but also in the memory care unit.

I have lived here for two years. I'm very pleased with the surroundings and setting of New Pond. I love my apartment and large balcony. The food is very good. I look forward to the outings they provide. Both staff and residents are friendly. I'm an artist, so I enjoy going to the activity room twice a week to paint.

My Dad needed more care than I could consistently provide and I needed to move him somewhere with 24/7 support. I'm so incredibly happy that I chose New Pond Village. He loves the staff, food, and activities amd I love the cleanliness, responsiveness, security, and dignity afforded him. He had been in his home for nearly 50 years and said he'd never move to assisted living. When he started referring to New Pond as "home" after just 1 month I knew we had found the perfect place. -Grateful

I am proud to live at New Pond Village because the residents and staff are very friendly and helpful and make NPV feel like home. We feel proud to live in a lovely, upscale community. The grounds and apartments are beautiful. I enjoy the dining as the food is very good, the staff is friendly and the dining room is attractive, it is fun and interesting to dine with our neighbors at NPV. My favorite things to do include the consistent daily exercise classes in the morning, walking around the grounds for exercise and the special programs especially musical programs.

I am proud to live at New Pond village because there are smart and interesting people here, both residents and associates. Assistance is always just a call away. Everybody is friendly. There are always options available for dining, for dine in or out. The the food is great, just like the people! I love learning about the many activities available and about the history of many of the residents.
