Paramount is a wonderful community to live in. I have made so many great friends since moving here. The customer service across all departments is truly outstanding and I can feel the love from staff.

My uncle stays here and whenever we go to see him it’s a nice place. Nurses seem nice and friendly also and the residents seem happy which is a good. Shhh don’t tell anyone but I snuck into the basement and found this massive 400 pound washer! TOP SIDE LOADER !!!

My mother died there through lack of care. The director was terrible. They will never answer the pendent so forget about that. Found my parent on the floor. and the food is you wouldn't want to give to your dog. I could write a book on this place. Please don't take your parent there. My mother ended up on hospice and dying because of their lack of care. We did till she has sepsis to take her to the hospital. My mother-in-law went to brightview Senior living and it was much better a whole different atmosphere
