PLEASANT RIDGE

A resident for almost two years. The new owners have made so many changes, we have activities, great food, and I can’t say enough how much I like Mr. Ned. He makes it a point to visit me when he is here.

My aunt moved to pleasant ridge in 2023, we try to visit her every few months. Today we made the drive to see the resident making apple butter activities and the downstairs was decorated beautifully. This place has truly done a 180 since the new owners took over. Driving to the property the new roof really pops, there are housekeepers all over the place, and the entire feeling of the property has changed. We no longer worry about our aunt and feel she is safe at pleasant ridge. If you are on the fence about this place go take a tour, you won’t regret it.

I’ve had a great experience with my loved one staying here! The owners are great people and are always on top of everything with anything anyone needs!

The monthly rates are pretty reasonable, and the activities team keeps things fun and fresh. There are things like casino nights and even mini therapy horses! There’s also live music, paint and sips, apple butter making, ‘Name That Tune,’ a magician, and there’s a book club too. They really do a great job keeping everyone’s mood up. You can tell things have improved a lot since the new owners took over.

New Ownership and Positive Improvements with Care! This facility has new owners that are making major adjustments to improve and clean the facility, through renovations, staffing, and care of the residents. -With their priority being the residents, you can see and feel how much they care about making this place a home. -A new hiring process has been implemented - to obtain the most qualified and enthusiastic employees. -Additional funding into the building itself.
