Plymouth Crossings

My mother lived in this facility for over a year recently. The staff at Plymouth Crossing is the best. From the personal care of the nurses and aides, to the wonderful daily activities, and the food, everything is top notch! They really get to know the residents and take really good care of the individual needs that they have. Everything is clean, and there are many special events such as live concerts, crafts, games, exercise, and family celebration opportunities. You are not going to find a better assisted living community in my opinion.

My 94-year-old father while still living at home on his own was experiencing mobility issues leading to many falls along with confusion and dementia. After spending three weeks in the hospital, we decided the next course of action was to move Dad to an assisted living facility with memory care. After much research and many facilities tours we decided on Benchmark Senior Living in Plymouth. I cannot tell you how relieved I was that we had made the right decision. Starting on day one we experienced the care, compassion and attention to detail that Benchmark had to offer. Benchmark put him on a daily schedule and quickly brought him back to his prehospital levels. All the nurses and staff have kept me constantly updated on his condition. He raves about the gourmet meals to all his visitors. We are not sure what the future holds for Dad, but we do know that Benchmark Senior Living will support him and our family. Thank you to Sue, Ashley, Erika, and all the nurses and aids. Everyone has been wonderful.

Currently both of my parents are residents at Benchmark at Plymouth Crossing, Memory Care unit. First of all, I’m extremely grateful for this facility for accommodating us and offering a room that my parents can cohabitate and live out the rest of their lives together. The Executive Director, Ashley Roberts went way beyond helping us navigate this process and offered me her cell number if I needed to reach out if I had any questions or concerns. This facility is very clean and very nice. We enjoy visiting and they offer other designated areas to have visits other than the memory care unit. The food is also very good. The caregivers are amazing and the level of care is exemplary and they treat the residents with dignity and respect. They also work well as a team. Hands down we made the best decision sending our parents here.

Best place for a senior stay. Excellent facility most importantly a great and caring staff. Mom loved being a guest in residence for 10 wonderful years. Take a tour, check the place out, and see all of the amazing amenities.
