My mother was here for a short time almost a month for rehabilitation when she got it. They were always short staff never answering call bells made her take herself to the bathroom told her they had nothing else for her to eat if she didn't like what they were offering her which is wrong. Stopped her pain medication for 2 weeks I would not recommend this place to anyone if it's your loved one stay out. As far as I see it's neglect of a resident and you never tell the resident you are short-staffed never that is not acceptable to answer a call bell how do you know that person wasn't on the floor I'm glad I didn't live closer cuz she would have never been here

We moved my dad here in February of 2024 to be closer to my sisters and I. As a stroke survivor, we knew it was equally as important to find a place that would allow him to have a good quality of life. From day one, the staff here exhibited kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The administrator, Ieeshia, is absolutely wonderful. She and her staff called whenever dad had an appointment, emergency, or any other questions. To me it was a sure sign that he was in good hands. Sadly, we lost dad recently. But I’m comforted knowing that was always very well cared for there. Although it’s a humble facility, they’re top notch in my book. Many thanks to the tech team there and overnight staff as well. The team really does go above and beyond in their work there. Very highly recommended.
