The true magic of RiverCourt is the staff who care deeply about the residents. I have great confidence in the medical and care teams at RiverCourt to look out for my Mom when I'm not there. That peace of mind is priceless! Mom is not simply existing, she is living a good, happy end-of-life in a safe place. My family is blessed that Mom can live at RiverCourt.

I judge a facility by its people and its facilities. The people at RiverCourt are most caring and responsive to the needs of their residents. To elaborate, the staff knows your name by the end of the first day and have an idea on your basic needs. They work as a team and share your needs with each other so they are all on the same page. The key part is that they act upon that information they receive. They do not have to be reminded, which is very special. For example, if they need a reminder, they accept it happily and just do it! Making everyone involved pleased! RiverCourt’s facilities are many but to single some out, their dining room has always had good furniture, but the new chairs is an example of how they maintain the facility. Even though the chairs worked, they purchased new ones and made a real difference ! The gym is a very functional place offering yoga classes, physical therapy, and time for residents to work out individually. It’s a very important and practical part I appreciate along with many others! The activities director schedules activities that compete with a cruise! She is creative and is always busy! Having an outing for lunch to a technical school locally, educating residents and enjoyed a delicious meal! The trip really taught me and really opened my eyes that one of our servers attends there! Another activity they have, is a naturalist who speaks on native birds and animals. Best presentations, and the room is always packed! These are just a few examples of their outstanding activities. My favorite is a trip to an ice cream stand! Very popular and fun! And like on.a cruise, you have to be careful not to eat too much!

I have been a resident of RiverCourt Residences for 3 years and just returned here from a visit to California. When I came back into my apartment I thought to myself “ it is so good to be home”. Truly it is my home and my life here is.very comfortable and safe.

First of all, the residents are wonderful. There is so much for them to do daily. Management and Staff are stellar. Everyone seems to be happy and love what they do. Then there's the food! Absolutely 💯 delicious. Kudos 👏 to kitchen staff!

My aunt transitioned here in June 2020 and we couldn’t be happier. The place is spotless, the food is very good, and the people are wonderful! I have never met such warm, kind and caring individuals. From our initial meeting with John to her daily care from Rose, Michelly and Kim, it feels like an extension of our family watching out for her. This is very comforting to us especially in these uncertain times. Her Assisted Living apartment was recently updated with top quality finishes. She has nearby access to a shaded or sunny patio with a waterfall view which she enjoys daily. Even though this type of change in a loved one’s life is sometimes difficult, I have to say the staff at River Court has been exceptional and has worked to ensure her success.
