We’ve had nothing but an exceptional experience with Eastern Star. My mother-in-law has been in their assisted living wing for the past 6 months. The staff are very kind, attentive and communicative with us about her health. They have tons of fun activities to keep the residents engaged, and the facilities are always immaculately clean, bright and cheerful. Special thanks to Rose, their Sales Director: she is an absolute superstar; she worked around the clock to answer all our questions and made the move-in process and paperwork go super smoothly and quickly. We are incredibly grateful to Eastern Star for taking such good care of our mother.

I had a very upsetting experience with Eastern Star. The executive director is very unprofessional and had no intention of admitting my mother. The nurse never responds to any messages. After my mother's doctor tried several times to speak with the exec director or the nurse, she never received a response. Besides the color of her skin, I see no reason why they would have not accepted my mother. The only person that actually listened and was pleasant to work with was responsive was the sales director, Rose.

What an amazing place! My Mom has been here for three years and always says “this is a good place for me”. The grounds and facility are beautiful but it is the exceptionally caring staff that sets it into the highest level of praise. I am forever grateful to have found ESMRC.

Eastern Star has been the perfect place for my 92 year old mother. She has lived there for 2 years. The experience for her and our family is always friendly, courteous and caring. The staff is so sweet! I would recommend it to any family looking for great apartments and services.

My mother has been with Eastern Star for 4 years now. She has experienced tender loving care from the staff in so many ways. The kitchen staff remembers her preferences! The aides hug her, compliment her and take time with her. The activities director is the best I have seen anywhere and we did so much research before choosing Eastern Star. We have found any concerns we have had have been handled promptly. I would highly recommend Eastern Star for your loved one.
