This place is a horrible to visit. I was visiting my friend and I felt like I was in a hot box. I noticed employees rude to other employees. I saw fly’s, people getting sick cause of the heat and food. If your family member is here please go visit and ask them if they like it there and how they been eating. There always mandating there staff and burning them out I saw when I visited my friend after asking a staff member your still here from the morning they said I was mandated to stay. I feel that how can they have a life to see there kids, husband’s or Wife’s. Please also make sure that you tell the staff how good they are cause they bust there work life there and not get reconized like they should.

My mother was in the Memory Care unit for 5 years including during all of Covid. The memory care unit was excellent with caring staff and an overall sense of family and belonging. Homey, not drab decor and lovely outdoor garden area. Staffing was challenging at times bc of turnover, but RR always bounced back. Great music and lots of quality entertainment for residents. My mother felt ( and was) loved by staff. Highly recommend!

My nephew is well cared for. Pills given on time, everyone on staff knows his name, and as a past chef, he knows good food when he eats it, and the food meets his high standards (except for pizza night). But he also has a choice of another menu item.

Continually messed up meds for my loved one (LO) for the entire eight month stay, often not even bothering to order refills, and more often administering the wrong med cocktail based on the time of day. Awful, cold food. Uncaring staff, but who can blame them when they’re underpaid? Uncaring administration as well. Another patient repeatedly entered my LO’s room in the middle of the night (even crawled into the bed on at least two occasions), and the admin’s response was to “lock the door.”

Staff was helpful and present even in the middle of the night. It’s not (or at least not the part I saw) one of those older people’s homes where the residents can’t easily come and go. Looked nice and clean, and well run (again, can only speak to the part I saw, around midnight, for a brief duration).
