My mother is in Sacred Heart Senior Living in Northampton since November, 2020. I was familiar with this place from my aunt Jean living here for a number of years. I am impressed with whoever interviews their staff for hire, because the people that my mother and I interact with are compassionate, loving, kind individuals in all departments. After my mother went to Sacred Heart, another sister followed and roomed with her. Unfortunately, she died this past January and her other sister died last month. My mother’s 100th birthday was coming up and with the deaths of her sisters she was not in the mood for anything. Wonderful Lisa and her staff from Activities put together a well-organized birthday party with cake, punch and live entertainment. It made a great memory that we will never forget. Sacred Heart partners with Family Pillars Hospice, which my mother now is under palliative care, and they are just as wonderful. My family experiences with Sacred Heart Senior Living has been nothing but great. It feels like an extension of one’s family. We got to know loving, caring individuals, and we feel truly blessed. Sacred Heart developed the right combination of care and I recommend this place to anyone.

My mother was a resident at this wonderful facility. I can't say enough about the kind, patient and caring staff. They knew everyone by name and interacted with everyone. There were so many engaging activities for the residents. I volunteered whenever I could and loved helping the residents with arts and crafts. I loved talking with the residents and knew many by name. The meals were delicious and there was a variety on the menu to choose from.There was great communication between the staff and me about how Mom was doing. Sacred Heart Senior Living is a warm and welcoming place to live. I am very happy with the care Mom received and am happy I chose Sacred Heart Senior Living for Mom.

Sacred Heart by the Creek in Northampton took fabulous care of my mother from Dec 2016 to June 2017 when she passed away from complications of Parkinson's disease. I cannot say enough about the staff and the facility. It is very clean and well kept with lovely grounds. The staff are what makes this place exceptional. The care my mother received was fantastic - from the nurses and aides to the med techs, everyone was very caring and compassionate. They went above and beyond in the care they showed for my father as well when he was there visiting, which was every day. They made sure he was ok as well. i can't say enough about this facility and staff. I highly recommend it.
