Wonderful people, wonderful place, and very beautiful and well kept.

This is an assisted living facility started for Scandinavians but now open to everyone. It has a friendly atmosphere and residents seem happy. There is a beautiful hall for activities.

This is a senior housing with 40 units. They want their seniors to still be plugged into community events so they have a community space where they actively schedule public events: exhibits, talks, concerts and even after school programs. The space does have a Scandinavian architecture and decoration /artifacts but the events and the residents don't need a connection with the Scandinavian culture.

One of the nicest assisted living facilities in the area. Lots of big windows and sunshine. They have an excellent common area and a great space for movies and lectures and performers. The staff genuinely cares for the residents, and the residents seem to get along really well. They are also very community-oriented and get involved in the area. They also offer a lot of events open to the public.

The cafe is great! One of the few places in the region where one can get authentic Scandinavian coffee and bakery items. Served in a homey atmosphere with friendly service. Check out the collection of Scandinavian books, magazines, and videos in the library, too.
