I can not say enough great things about Stafford Hill! My great aunt has been here for about 8 months or so and has had nothing but great experiences. The staff is very friendly, and always willing to help! The food is great with a multitude of different options to choose from that change daily! The services are amazing! And my aunt LOVES being there! Highly recommend to any one looking for an Assisted living place!

My family and I will be forever grateful to the team at Stafford Hill Assisted Living. My aunt lived at Stafford Hill for about a year after a serious fall (with significant time in the hospital and a rehabilitation center). It was a complicated and emotional transition — in particular because we all live out of state in Virginia — so we relied heavily on the staff to be our eyes, ears, and advocates. From day one, they went above and beyond. The team treated my aunt with dignity, patience, and genuine kindness, even during challenging moments. They kept us informed, were responsive and compassionate, and consistently demonstrated that they truly cared about her well-being — not just as a resident, but as a person. Knowing she was in capable and caring hands brought us tremendous peace of mind from afar. My aunt passed away recently, and as we reflect back on her final year, we are deeply thankful that it was spent at Stafford Hill. The care and humanity shown to her — and to us — meant more than we can adequately express. If you are facing the transition to assisted living for a loved one, I cannot recommend Stafford Hill highly enough.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Stafford Assisted Living Facility. My dad stayed here for a few months, and from the moment he arrived, I knew he was in good hands. The staff treated him with such kindness and respect, and I could always tell they genuinely cared about him—not just as a resident, but as a person. Susan, the director, was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to help me through a really challenging time as I worked on moving my dad into a long-term nursing facility. She was compassionate, patient, and always willing to find ways to make things work so my dad could stay comfortable and cared for in the meantime. I’ll never forget how supportive and understanding she was—it meant the world to me. Every caregiver I met was amazing. They were attentive, gentle, and always made sure my dad felt safe and valued. The facility itself is clean, warm, and truly feels like a home. I will always be grateful to Susan and everyone at Stafford for the care, love, and dignity they gave my dad. They made such a hard time a little easier, and that’s something I’ll never forget.

Stafford Hill Assisted Living is worthy of a five-star rating. As an entertainer, I have had the opportunity to present at over twenty-five assisted living communities throughout southeastern Massachusetts and on Cape Cod. Yesterday was my first visit to Stafford Hill. From the moment I stepped inside, everyone that I met was friendly and welcoming. It was easy to see that staff members enjoy working there. The residents that I met spoke highly about living there - from the food...to activities...to new friendships. The facility is in excellent condition. Well-decorated, clean, and homey. This gem is certainly worth checking out...for a loved one, or yourself.

Stafford Hill in Plymouth is such a warm and welcoming place! Every staff member greets you with a smile and there is a feeling throughout the residence of genuine care, kindness and compassion. Many different and ever changing activities are offered so there is always a choice of ways to spend time. The residents enjoy and care about each other and have nothing but praise for the employees who work together to make Stafford Hill the wonderful place that it is.
