Stonebridge at Burlington

Our Mom has been a resident of Stonebridge at Burlington for a little over three years. We continue to be immensely grateful that she is living in such a high quality community. It's beautiful, clean, welcoming, and well-maintained inside and out. There is always a wide variety of interesting activities and events to engage in, and the dining experience is a daily highlight. Most importantly, all department team members continue to amaze us. They are knowledgeable, skilled, professional, kind, caring, responsive and compassionate. We thank the Northbridge Companies for Stonebridge, a place where our Mom continues to be happy, safe, and well cared for.

They have wonderful services, Perfect location to the library, and close to other services within Burlington. All meals are phenomenal, and the activities that are provided everyday at our doors really engage us to get out and about with my wife and I. Entertainment is always fun to go and always enjoyable. Importance of having my own vehicle helps us get around town doing errands. Staff is excellent, polite, and engaging. The one downside is storage within the apartment.

My parents moved into Stonebridge of Burlington in September of 2023. It was a difficult decision for our family to make, but it was the BEST decision we ever could’ve made for them. They both absolutely love living there. The benefits of keeping them safe, them having personalized care, having social opportunities, and support with daily tasks, all while maintaining as much independence as possible is something that we are so grateful for. The staff treats them like they are family and always goes above and beyond for them (& us). 😊

My mom has had a great experience since being at Stonebridge. She has been there a little over three years. The facility is beautiful! The staff is awesome and very caring toward the residents. There is always a smile and friendly words when entering the building. Any time there is a question, someone is always there to help. Stonebridge has been a great experience for both my parents and our family. Transitioning to assisted living from independent living is always a difficult transition, but the residents, staff and Stonebridge team have been warm, gracious and have made my parents feel very at home. The aids in particular have been patient and helpful and clearly care about the residents. I would encourage anyone looking at assisted living facilities to look at Stonebridge for their family.
