STONERIDGE AT CENTERRA

You guys would be happy to know that the kitchen staff take off on holidays and give our families a sandwich and a juice box on holidays. We pay over 10 grand to have our families stay here and they don’t have a holiday dinner. We are paying your guys BILLS and our families sit there and barely have any activities and when I was there thanksgiving there was brown paper bags with food not even PLATES like there kindergarteners. So humiliating. I will be reporting this to state. You guys get paid way too much to be this embarrassing. It’s Christmas!!! Do something special!!! They pay too much to have a sandwich and some chips!!! Seriously

When looking for ALF/memory care for my mom, I worked closely with Logan who toured with me twice, was extremely kind and empathetic and responsive to my many questions. Sunridge was my choice for ALF in Colorado. We were also looking in UT. They seem to have a cohesive, engaged team and have a relationship with Dementia Together which is important to me. Logan went out of his way to support me in the process and like everyone I met there is a wonderful human being.

We at Elder Angels Senior Advisors would like to share our experience with Stoneridge at Centerra. This has been the most rewarding experience as placement agents. We highly recommend this Assisted Living and Memory Care facility. The clients WE have the honor to serve have been very successfully adjusting and thriving in their new home, they’ve had many accolades about the care . The activities for the residents are high priority with over 4 directors in the building active all day long. Always a greeter at the door!! Big plus!! Welcome signs. Lights on, smells good, looks fantastic and fresh every time we visit and they do not always know when we will show up! This community that once suffered under a different management company as ( Capstone) is now a highly recommend place for us. cleanliness and service and friendliness I give them 5+ stars. A big 10!!

You are the best organization, I recommend you to everyone! This place is surrounded by care, affection, and attention! The people here are surrounded by a friendly atmosphere and attention to even the smallest details! The staff is so competent and responsive that it seems as if they undergo special training or a special selection. And the management deserves special praise! I recommend this place to everyone; it's the best place for caring for people. When I get old, I would prefer my children to send me here. I will insist on this institution. I hope your organization will be operating when I'm old. Peace, goodness, and prosperity to you!!!

The entire team works seamlessly together to ensure that every resident is not only well taken care of, but truly feels at home. Transitioning a loved one—especially a parent—into a care facility is an emotional and overwhelming experience. But the team at Stoneridge made what could have been a difficult decision an easy and reassuring one. Knowing our dad is not only safe and well cared for, but also comfortable and content, brings us immeasurable peace.
