Sunrise at Gardner Park

Sunrise at Gardner Park in Massachusetts provides exceptional, competant and compassionate care! Several of our circle of family / friends have been residents there and each time we were impressed with the level of care.....outstanding!

Sunrise is the perfect place for care for our mother, the staff is caring, knowledgeable, and she has round the clock care in a very clean and well kept environment. I would recommend the facility to others that are looking for placement for their family.

My mother has been a resident in the memory care unit for just about two years now. I am happy to write that the experience my siblings and I have had are extremely positive. Our mother is well cared for and looked after by both the nursing and the support staff. Her room is always neat and tidy, as are all the other resident rooms and common areas. The food at main meals always looks appetizing and snacks are served at times which is good for mom's sweet tooth. They engage her with activities that are appropriate for her cognitive function. The staff is always very friendly from the greeters at the main entrance to the floor staff and everyone else encountered. Of note, major renovations are underway with a new roof, siding and windows which look great. The staff have also been putting up seasonal decor around the common areas which is a nice touch!

I can't recommend enough! They do a wonderful job going above and beyond. Between the services they provide and way they genuinely care for the residents, it really is a wonderful place to call home for my loved one. I think you will find other reviews mention it too, but the staff is exceptional. Huge shout out to Grace and Michelle who really make you feel like you are part of the family. You are absolutely in good hands with them.

From my first meeting with the sales person, to the evaluation of my mother's condition, right up to the present day with the quality of the care provide by the entire staff, Sunrise at Gardner Park has made a difficult situation easier to cope with and provided a safe environment for a family member dealing with dementia. They are extremely caring and attentive to any changes in her needs or condition. They keep me well informed of how she is doing whether it be in person during my visits or by email/phone if something comes up that I need to be informed of quickly. Overall I am very happy with my decision to choose Sunrise at Gardner Park for the attention and care my mother has come to need.
