I can’t speak highly enough about our experience with Sunrise of Arlington. My mother moved in recently and absolutely loves it. The staff here is truly exceptional, especially the RCD Allen and DCR Jenafer,—professional, compassionate, and attentive to every resident’s needs. They treat everyone like family, taking the time to get to know each resident personally and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and valued. The facility itself is bright, clean, and beautifully maintained. My mother especially enjoys the garden courtyard where she can safely walk her small dog. The peace of mind we have knowing she is in such good hands is priceless. Sunrise of Arlington has truly exceeded my family's expectations, and we’re incredibly grateful for the care and kindness they’ve shown. Highly recommended to any family looking for a safe, supportive, and joyful environment for their loved ones in The Greater Boston area.

From the day my mother moved into Sunrise Assisted Living, I knew she was in a place where people truly cared — not just for her medical needs, but for her as a person. The team treated her with respect, patience, and warmth, creating an environment where she felt safe, valued, and at home. The team always greeted my mother with a smile, their compassion extended to our whole family — keeping us informed, listening to our concerns, and offering comfort and reassurance when we needed it most. In her final days, the kindness and gentleness shown by the Sunrise team were remarkable. They provided attentive, tender care, preserving her dignity until the very end. They also supported us, allowing us to be present with her while they quietly managed everything else with grace and professionalism. I am deeply grateful for the dedication and care of everyone at Sunrise Assisted Living. Knowing my mother spent her last weeks surrounded by such compassion is a gift I will never forget.

Our experience at Sunrise has been excellent. The staff is top notch--patient, kind, friendly, responsive and thoughtful. We have found the facility clean and inviting to residents and their families, and food delicious. Sunrise of Arlington is a community with a warm and comforting environment for seniors who need extra support in daily living.

My parents have lived at Sunrise for three years and have had an excellent experience. The staff is professional, communicative and caring, treating everyone (residents and family members alike) as if they are members of their own family. My parents occupied a companion unit, which was a perfect size for two people. They have enjoyed the activities and rave about the delicious food! My mother regularly takes walks along the bike path and shops on Mass Ave. When my father's health declined, the Sunrise team was incredibly helpful in working with his personal healthcare team and then hospice, while comforting my mother and managing all of our needs through a very difficult time. After he passed away, the staff found a smaller unit for my mom and helped her to adjust to life on her own. It is so comforting to know that my parents are so well cared for and I'm not quite sure how we would have navigated the past few years without the amazing team at Sunrise.

Just a shout out to the well run and organized Sunrise of Arlington. My beloved mother was a resident here for 6+ years and I cannot praise the entire staff, from the dishwasher, housekeeping staff, to the resident care director, front desk, the cooks, chef, dining coordinator, and each and every team member for their unwavering support, care and love of my mom on literally an hourly basis. She was treated like their own family member which made my initial trepidation of her care and safety literally vanish from day one. My mother was loved, cared for with compassionate caring and patience during some challenging times. Bravo to the entire staff and team members who looked after my mom with an extraordinary hats off to the entire team in the memory care unit who looked after her like their own family member. I am forever indebted to each of them for keeping my blessed mother safe and comfortable. I love you all.
