The Arbors at Stoneham

My brother lived at the Arbors for about a year before moving back to Florida. I spent quite a bit of time with him there during his residency and I was always impressed when I left. The staff were always wonderful with the residents and there was always fun things happening. The building is well maintained. I would recommend the Arbors to anyone looking at assisted living options.

Please Think twice, a friends family was thinking of taking a tour, I had to suggest she look elsewhere where, I usually don’t give reviews but needed to let others know this is not a good or safe place. It has a big turnover of all directors, curent ED is very abrupt and crass, not very personable . Poor care of residents especially memory unit, aides don’t give medications consistently, not watching residents, actually saw one sleeping while residents sat around table doing nothing but stare at each other! A lot of injuries from falls, due to aides not paying attention, some rooms smell so high of urine you can smell it in halls. Just awful! The nurse that usually works during the day looks so miserable, never smiles, and is very short with responses, clearly does not want to be there, not very attentive to residents. They have very little activities, the ones they do have are not very engaging. There are so many better options out there!

Beautiful building, very well kept interior and exterior. Rooms are spacious and very nice. Staff is super friendly and willing to listen and take action to fix any issues that you may have. Very welcoming to new residents and always makes sure everyone feels at home.

My aunt lives in the Reflections community there and it is absolutely amazing from the staff to the programs. My aunt is so happy and comfortable there. When family comes to visit the staff always has a smile on there face and we always get a hello and goodbye. The reflections director Michelle goes above and beyond not just for my aunt but for all the residents she is so welcoming she interacts with the residents as well as myself and family i can always reach out to her and get advice as needed so well she definitely has a way with them as well as patience HEART OF GOLD is what i will describe Michelle as thank you Arbors for everything you all do..

My Aunt lives there and she is having time of her life! She loves the staff and the director is absolutely wonderful! The nurses are amazing and so kind! The activities they have for the residents are engaging and so much fun! I’ve never seen such a wonderful and supportive group! I’m so glad my aunt is at this facility and it gives me so much peace knowing she is getting the best care out there!! My aunt has a group of friends she can hang out with and do these activities with and I just love knowing that she has met a wonderful community!! I cannot say enough good things about this facility!!
