The Arbors of Taunton is a very nice assisted living community. The staff are kind and happy. The residents are happy. The grounds and the building are nice and well cared for. The Arbors of Taumton bring the residents on fun outings. There are fun activities daily for the residents. Three meals a day are served in the dining area. The apartments are nice. Thank you Arbors of Taunton for providing a safe and happy place.

The Arbors is a wonderful assisted living community. The staff is wonderful and treats the residents with respect and care. There is a new chef at the dinning hall and the food is great. They have open dinning where the residents can choose there own lunch/dinner time. I highly recommend the Arbors if you are looking for assisted living for your loved one.

Best memory care unit ever!! I highly recommend The Arbors. I can only speak to the Taunton one, but I'm sure the (very involved and not just profit-driven) owners are ensuring that all of their Arbors facilities are being run similarly and the residents are a priority. When my very reclusive and distant aunt needed to be placed into an assisted living facility quite suddenly, our family visited and investigated several places before deciding on The Arbors/Taunton. The entire staff were amazingly supportive and made the transition (almost) fun, but definitely way easier. My aunt has settled in nicely. She still thinks she's going home some day, but the staff encourages her growth and redirects her by taking her out walking each day, they take her on trips, and heck, she's got a better social life than me now! As for fees and costs, they are fair, and even lower than most others. The building and grounds are beautiful and it smells so clean and amazing in there. Given the state of affairs with the struggles of financing senior living options, The Arbors was willing to work with me while our dust settled financially and they were patient and kind. I know placing a loved one in a facility is hard enough, but trust me, you won't regret the decision to move them to The Arbors. I can only hope if I ever have to go into a nursing facility at some point, that I'll be lucky enough to get in there.

After my dad passed unexpectedly, I had to immediately scramble to find somewhere for my mom to live, as she could not live alone. The staff at the Arbors were beyond helpful in this search. They were compassionate, informative, and willing to help and answer any questions I had. Having toured several facilities, I am so impressed with how easy they made the whole process. The facility itself is beautiful, and my kids love going to visit. The food is delicious. There are plenty of activities and outings to keep my mom busy. Could not have imagined a better place for my mom. Highly recommend!

My Mom was a resident of the Arbors for almost the past 2 years. After living alone in her own home for the past 40+ years, she was reluctant to make the switch. After her health dictated she could no longer safely live alone, the Arbors was quickly available to welcome her as a new resident. From meals, to care, to cleanliness, to patience and friendliness working with her, I realized she was in capable hands. A health downturn dictated the need for her to move to the reflections unit (memory care) and the staff worked with me to make the move as smooth as possible. Once again it put my mind at ease that she was safe and well looked after. The nursing staff worked within the medical restrictions they had and at the appropriate time assisted in referring my Mom to the Hospice program. Mom received excellent care through her recent passing. The staff and hospice made accommodations for my Mom to remain at the Arbors until she passed. All along the process, the staff was available to make my Mom comfortable and to also keep me updated every step of the way. I am sure my Mom was grateful for the care and attention she received. And, I thank the administration, business department, and particularly the nurses and care staff for not only taking care of their resident but also caring about the resident's family.
