The Arbors at Westfield

I am so impressed with not only the beautiful facility and services offered here, but the compassion that the staff shows. I am particularly talking about David Foley. We were slotted to have my mom in assisted living however, she ended up needing more advanced care and had to go into a long- term care facility. David reached out several times to inquire about her and to render help if needed. That is going above and beyond and we appreciated that so much. Chris M.

My mother has been living in the memory care at the Westfield location for just under a year now. I am very pleased with the care she has been getting. The staff is very hands, they provide activities for the residents and keep them engaged. She is very happy living there.

I guess I’ll begin by saying I wouldn’t recommend putting your family members here. Meds are constantly being missed and not given, majority of the residents go without eating because the staff can’t be bothered, care is trash, all around the residents do not get the attention they should. This place is a revolving door of staff members. They fire employees who actually care simply based on their personal feelings for them. If people aren’t getting fired, they are quitting. Place has gone through so much staff, the residents can’t even keep up with who is taking care of them. Staff probably would care more if they actually got paid a decent amount and weren’t forced to constantly work short. The directors are great but the higher ups do not care about anyone, it’s all about money with them. They make promises to families that cannot be followed through on because they need nursing home level care and this is an ASSISTED LIVING HOME. Again though, as long as they are getting your money they don’t care how well they are taken care of. The food is gross. The lack of professionalism is gross. Overall, save your money and place your family members with a company that actually cares.

The Arbors has such friendly, attentive staff that work very hard to attend to the needs of their residents. The facility is clean, the meals are wonderful, there are many fun activities for the residents and the overall atmosphere of the building is very friendly and very positive.The administration has been excellent in every way.We have had a great experience there.

After visiting many places in the area, we chose the Arbors for our mother. From our very first meeting with Chelsey we knew it was going to be perfect for her. The adjustment was a bit difficult as she was leaving her home of 60 years. However, the staff is so kind, helpful, and caring that she now feels happy and comfortable there. The Arbors is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. From Cody and Doris in nursing to the ladies at the front desk, including the kitchen staff, all have been wonderful. And I must mention how incredible the food is. The chef goes above and beyond to provide nutritious and delicious meals. We are so happy that we chose the Arbors
