The Branches of Marlboro

Making the decision to move a parent into an Assisted Living Community is not an easy one. From top to bottom the staff at Branches of Marlboro where very helpful and made the transition as seamless as possible. We found all of the caregivers to be attentive, caring and open to suggestions that would help make the care personalized to my father's needs.

Our parents moved here when Dad’s health was failing. We had heard that Branches offers top-notch care and it’s true! From the head nurse and aides to the chef and kitchen all is excellent. Dad was especially glad to have restaurant-quality meals in the lovely dining room. The building is new and stylish. Mom says it reminds her of being on a cruise! We also like the small size as everyone knows each other and you don’t wait long for help when you press your pendant. There is also a family space with full kitchen, couches, and long dining table that you can use for private family events. The excellence comes from the top, with an caring, professional chief executive who is involved in every aspect of care. She leads with enthusiasm and love.

Our mother is a resident of The Branches in Marlboro and we continue to be impressed and grateful for the care she has been given. The staff at every level shows dedication, compassion and humor throughout their interactions with the residents. We have also found the staff to be very responsive and flexible when changes in her care were warranted. The facility itself is beautiful and well maintained, with well designed rooms, and comfortable and welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces for residents to receive guests. When I asked my mom what she liked about living there, she replied, “Everyone is very nice, the place is clean and the food is good. I like my room; I’m happy here.” To see our mom happy and thriving in her new home of several months is a true blessing to us!

I can only give positive feedback on the Branches of Marlborough. My parents moved to The Branches due to the high level of care needs my Mother had related to Parkinson’s. The care team at the Branches were able to manage her many physical needs. Thanks to the exceptional care team, Mom was able to stay with Dad rather than be admitted to a nursing home. The team was responsive and compassionate, and Mom was treated with dignity by her caregivers. The community is bright, clean and well staffed. I highly recommend The Branches and their team to care for your aging parent.

The Branches of Marlboro had not only been a lifesaver for my Mother-In-Law when we really needed a new place for her, but came through again when my aunt and uncle needed a place with only a couple of days notice. Whenever I visit, it feels as though The Branches is one big family. They make residents and guests feel welcome. There are get togethers and activities everyday so the residents can always find companionship. They never have to feel alone. I feel very fortunate knowing my relatives are well taken care of and happy.
