The Enclave of Franklin

I appreciate the thoughtfulness, professionalism, competency and helpfulness received from the entire staff. All my concerns and questions are explained and promptly addressed. the Enclave has the best interests at heart for all their residents.

When my mother had a stroke last year, it was apparent that she could no longer live alone. Fortunately, I made the right choice when I chose The Enclave for her. She loves her apartment and we appreciate the excellent care she regularly receives there. The entire facility is bright and clean and you feel welcome the moment you walk in. I think the fact that it’s just the right size…not too big… enables staff to truly know the residents. The nursing team is kind and capable, and they keep in touch with me about any issues that arise. The aides and housekeeping staff also do an excellent job and I’ve noticed that there’s hardly any turnover at this facility. Lauren, the activities director, is a wonder. She is always smiling and interacting with the residents. She offers activities that are relevant and fun. She has won my mother over and that’s no easy task! If you are looking for a place where your loved one will feel safe, respected and engaged, you should look here first.

The Enclave of Franklin is truly outstanding. The staff are caring, attentive, and treat residents like family. The community is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. There is a wide variety of group activities every week from games, crafts, and exercise classes to social events and outings which keeps residents engaged and connected. In addition, the on-site rehab services through FOX rehabilitation are excellent and make it easy for residents to get the support they need without leaving the facility. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe and supportive place for their loved ones.

The Enclave memory care has been the best choice for Dad. The staff is attentive and engaging, his room is the perfect size for him and he enjoys the activities so much. Thank you! This was a really tough decision to move from another facility (independent living) to memory care after a fall and hospital/rehab stay. We made the right choice!!
