The Parc at Harbor View Senior Living

Went on a visit with my family and was so impressed with the conditions of the buildings and grounds. The best part was the drive from Boston....absolutely perfect.

My mother was a resident at Parc in 2024 until her passing. Because I live close by, i had the unique privelage of being able to visit everyday. Therefore, I have a consistent perspective of Parc - my mothers personal environment there, the common area environment there, the Parc staff, and the other Parc residents. I thank God/the Universe every single day that ultimately my family chose Parc for my mother's living arrangement because never in a million years could I have found a better place than Parc. Never having been in the situation of finding elderly assisance before, I didn't even know how I was going to get it done (with the sea of information on-line regarding funding, safety, location etc). From day one - that's where Parc's "let's make this happen" professionalism, knowledge of the system guided me...what I couldn't do by myself. There were so much intake help. Each specialized department made it happen. After that was done and Mom was in, I'd say Mom, how do you like it here? Are you ok"? "Ohh I feel like I'm in a grand hotel, honey, thank you." Warmed my heart ❤️ Each resident has their own apartment within the building with 24/7 access to staff. The activities director Stephanie always has something stimulating planned. My mother used to really like the "Happy hours" provided to residents. My mom: "Oh the Watermelon martinis today were delightful" ..😄 The nurses, the aids, everyone.. just Aces. Quality humans above & beyond. I am so so so grateful for The Parc at Harbor View Senior Living. Thank you

My mother has been a resident at The Parc at Harbor View Senior Living for three months. When my mother first moved in, she was very anxious. However, the staff made her feel safe and introduced her to other residents, which greatly helped with her transition. Before coming to The Parc, my mother was lonely and depressed. Now, she has many friends and laughs all the time. She takes her medication daily and is the happiest she has ever been. This place is more than a community; it is a family. We are truly blessed that The Parc at Harbor View had a place for my mom. I have peace of mind knowing she is well cared for. She enjoys three nutritious meals a day, and if she doesn’t like what’s on the main menu, the kitchen staff is happy to prepare something else. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and there are always plenty of activities for the residents. Recently, a local performer entertained everyone after dinner, and the entire dining room was clapping and singing along. The staff is approachable, compassionate, kind, and patient. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother. I highly recommend The Parc at Harbor View Senior Living to anyone looking for quality assisted living.

The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The facility is well maintained, clean and very welcoming to family and residents. My family member is very happy there and enjoys all the activities each day ( which are multiple ) and of course enjoys dining with fellow residents. The interaction amongst staff and residents is so nice to see. It helps my family happy to see our loved one is cared for in a lovely way. I am truly impressed with the property, staff and accommodations. Very lucky we found this facility.

My father has been a Resident at The Parc at Harbor View the last five years. The Parc is a lovely senior living community located in Winthrop, a small town conveniently located just ten minutes from Boston/Logan Airport. My Dad lives in a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a gorgeous view of the Boston skyline. It's a great setup - perfect for a single Resident or a couple. It has everything he needs plus added safety features like a walk-in shower, grab-bars in the bathroom, and emergency cords. Even though our Dad is an Independent Living Resident, the team at The Parc has taken wonderful care of him in terms of meals, activities, engagement, etc. Having three meals in the dining room daily included is an excellent opportunity for him to socialize and stay connected to other Residents which he'd not be able to do if he were living alone. The peace of mind The Parc at Harbor View has given my sister and I is absolutely priceless. Knowing our Dad's not isolated, in a nice/comfortable space and interacting with people daily, allows us to go about our own lives. We take comfort in the fact he has a much better quality of life at The Parc than living on his own. Lastly, I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff at The Parc has been with communication; particularly the Leadership Team. When caring for an elderly parent, you can't help but worry, and always getting a timely, personal and thorough response over email or the phone from The Parc is so incredibly helpful. Anytime we ever have a special request, need or issue the team has been fast to respond and work together with us on a resolution. I'd love to also call out the fantastic activities staff and front desk team that always goes above and beyond and does a fantastic job of making our Dad feel right at home. I would highly recommend The Parc at Harbor View to those looking for a Senior Living Community for themselves or a loved one.
