The Residence at Penniman Hill is an exceptional community that truly feels like home. From the moment you walk in, you can sense the warmth and care that the team brings to every resident and family member. The associates are compassionate, attentive, and clearly take pride in what they do. The building is beautifully maintained, the activities are engaging and meaningful, and the dining experience is top-notch. Most importantly, residents are treated with genuine respect and dignity. I couldn’t be more impressed with the leadership and staff. They go above and beyond every single day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vibrant, caring, and professional assisted living community!

Penniman Hill is my favorite assisted living facility to work with! The staff are always so kind and welcoming. The Resident Care Director, Victoria, is truly amazing. It’s clear she leads by example, and it shows in the care and dedication her team provides every day.

I have a relative who has resided at Penniman Hill for almost a year now and she talks about the staff all the time. She says they are friendly and attentive to the residents, she has raved about the different selections at the dining area as well .. says there is rarely anything she hasn't tried or liked and the menu is just outstanding.. feels like she's going to a new restaurant everyday... The activities they offer for residents also make them feel like they have something to look forward to on a daily basis.. neither I or her have any complaints about Penniman or the staff .. definitely would recommend to families who are looking for a top notch place..

The Residence at Penniman is NOT a facility for dementia or Alzheimer’s patients. Outrageous fees for a room and everything else is extra fees. There is no on site or visiting Doctor and the nurses lock themselves in a room and ignore the residents. The meals in a prison are better than the quality of the meals served to the residents. The Director of the memory care is hardly around and the staff pays little attention to the residents. It should be renamed to the Penniman Correctional Facility.
