The Saab Residence

The Saab Residence at D’Youville has been a great experience in elder care residency for my aunt and her supporting family. My aunt made a seamless transition from living alone in her home to assisted living. All aspects have been a smooth and pleasant experience, from initial tour to onboarding, move-in, and now sixty day look back. Nursing team, food services, house services and administration all score high marks. My aunt literally had very positive feedback on all aspects of living at The Saab Residence. Many thanks to the Saab team for your hard work and providing a vibrant and safe assisted living home.

My mom has joined a new family since she has entered the Saab Residence. She always talks about how nice the staff is and that they are always ready to help her with anything. Her apartment is lovely and the whole facility is kept very clean. It's heartwarming to see my mom so happy and safe and our family is very thankful for the experience that she is having there.

Everyone, both staff and residents, have been very welcoming, helpful and competent. The transition to assisted living has gone much better than I anticipated.
