A very safe place for our loved ones. Staff is pleasant with residence and families. The mansion is exquisite and the grounds and landscaping is as well. Like the activities they provide for the residents.

This is a well run facility...I've recide here for more than a year with no real concerns... They treat everyone with respect... The only real problem is that some residents...actually One resident is upset and posted a negative review... Over food portions...and he's on a caloric limited diet... Good place..mostly good people here...no complaints... Still here...and Loving it!!! Great place... Great staff...Great care... No complaints...

Beautiful property and perfect location for a local wedding. In fact, we had our hearts set on it. Unfortunately though, we were never able to connect with the events coordinator - Kristin - to view the property and discuss details. Initially, Kristin was difficult to reach. After playing phone tag a few times, we finally touched base to schedule a meeting, which she cancelled via text message at the last minute. While we truly understand that things do come up, we were not in the least bit surprised when the meeting was cancelled based on the effort it took to have it scheduled in the first place. In the text Kristin sent us about having to cancel our meeting, she offered to reschedule. She also offered to email us pricing and other event package information, even though she had already offered to send this to us weeks prior. It appears she lied because it's been 3 months and we have yet to hear back from her or anyone at the Villa, which is unfortunate to say the least. We left her a voicemail and several text messages, but we never heard from her again. I have no knowledge as to the standard for elder care at the Villa. However, if the neglect shown to my fiance and I in simply trying to schedule a meeting and tour of the property with their staff is any indication, I'd trust someone else with caring for my loved ones before ever considering the Villa.

Do not put your loved ones here, the staff stole my grandfather's clothing, his wallet, his phones, his wedding ring he wore for almost 70 years, and when I begged them to just return his wedding ring after he passed away, the office staff got very hostile towards me, saying it wasn't their fault. Find another place, a place that won't rob your loved one.

I toured this facility last month and immediately knew that it will be an excellent place for my mother to live - the owner of this property is genuinely interested in the well being of her elderly residents and the price she charges is reasonable (& lower than most of the other similar facilities in this area of Pennsylvania). The place is also gorgeous and the patio overlooks a well maintained landscape. I recommend you go & see for yourself!
