Waltham Crossings

Beautiful building, Super staff, and awesome audience for our musical ventriloquist comedy performance today with the Assisted living and memory care residents. Special thanks to Brittany who volunteered to take pictures and arrange for selfies with many of the residents and our Puppets. We especially want to also thank the female resident who volunteered to be our HUMAN DUMMY, wear our female ventriloquist face mask and help us sing our "No Bully Zone" original song with Doug The Talking Dog. (No they did not sing at the same time.... we're not that good!)

In this time of incredible change for my family I must say that I am totally blown away by the kindness of the staff at Waltham Crossings. Every person who I have interacted with has been professional, thorough, smart and supportive as we transitioned my mom from Rehab to Memory Care. I am a social worker who has worked in many systems over my 35 years of practice and I have never experienced this before. The staff is so respectful of the residents and this made me hopeful and settled internally. Special thanks to Maureen P, Tammy, Julia, Dawn, Godfrey, Mo at the front desk and all the Harbor staff

Waltham Crossing has brought my family peace of mind. We feel grateful to have my mother in a safe, well run community. They attend to all her needs, meals, laundry, and especially church services! The place is always busy, which is fun just to pass some time chatting w friends or she can attend bingo or Happy Hour for a change of pace. All these things are important to our family to keep Mom stimulated, safe and happy! We definitely recommend Waltham Crossing!

Benchmark Waltham Crossings took care of my aunt for 8 months. Having dealt with several assisted living facilities, across several family members, I can say I was thoroughly impressed with the care staff and impressed with the thoughtful care received by my aunt. The staff was astounding in how they addressed her layered health issues in the memory unit. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a high level of cognitive an physical care.
