I have a family member who recently found her place on the independent living side of Windsor Place. She absolutely LOVES it. It’s warm and inviting when you walk in. It’s extremely clean and well kept. The food is excellent. She gets to participate in exercise classes, take day trips to restaurants and stores. The staff is wonderful and I am so grateful to know she is in very capable and caring hands.

My aunt just spent 6 1/2 years at Windsor Place. She could not have loved it more. She loved partaking in the many activities and outings. The staff became her family. As her family...We love Windsor. Everyone is so kind. She received excellent care. I cannot say enough great things about Windsor.

Healthcare is an honorable profession and a calling. With that being said I would like to recognize Maxie, June & Mary B. In Carlyle House. Their commitment, unwavering dedication and caring, not only to my mom but to all the residents in memory care is exceptional. Coming to visit unannounced I see their patience and compassion tending to my mom. They go the extra mile to ensure her comfort and wellbeing while respecting my mom’s dignity. They treat her as the would their own mother. Maxie, June & Mary B. Are an asset to Windsor Place.

My Mom is currently a resident of Windsor Place. We have been very impressed with the quality of care, the services offered and the activities available for residents to keep them happy and active. My Mom has thrived during her first month's stay. She's got improved mobility, has actively engaged in activities and has enjoyed herself. We began as was suggested to us by Sandra Christoper a 30 day trial and have since added another 30 days. It is so reassuring to see the residents with happy faces and know there's a terrific assisted living site in her home town.

My brother hurt himself during Covid. After 100 days in the hospital he needed assisted living so he could continue to recover. Although permanently disabled my brother was able to leave Windsor Place after 4 months and live independently. My family struggled to find the right assisted living facility. What we realized quickly was the assisted living home needed to be convenient and they are all expensive. We called a bunch of places and visited 3 facilities. A friend referred us to Windsor Place after they had a positive experience. Sandra showed us around their very clean and modern home. She was great answering all our questions and clearly explained the cost. So we made the decision to place my brother at Windsor Place. We give Windsor Place 5 stars. The facility is very clean, the rooms are nice and the food is good. They had weekly outings to the grocery store and area restaurants plus a nice little “happy hour”. They also had daily activities available. The staff is caring and accountable. In life things happen- when we showed concern about anything they were transparent which was very reassuring. We had a very good experience at Windsor Place of Wilmington and recommend contacting Sandra to make an appointment to tour the facility.
