WOODLAKE LEGACY SENIOR LIVING

My sister moved in a couple weeks ago and somehow no one on duty the scheduled day of her move-in was aware she was doing so. However, the staff jumped into action and we were able to get her moved into a room we felt was nicer than the one planned. Thanks go out to Brittany and Trish for getting taking care of her! Due to an unfortunate incidence, my sister’s dog had to be taken to a dog shelter today and once again, the staff, this time Bethany, was kind enough to take the dog to the shelter for us since we were unable to do it! So far all the staff has been very friendly and helpful. Based on our early experiences, we believe we have made the right decision by choosing Woodlake Legacy!

Beautiful community staff and care team make you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. Brittany and Trish and the rest of the staff are top notch. If you are looking, I 100% would jump at a chance to live in this community.

I am so impressed with Woodlake Legacy. This community is always active. Today there is music in the parlor, a pianist who is quite talented. I am always greeted with friendly faces, both Bonnie and Carla at reception are so helpful. The executive director Matt cares deeply about his team and residents. I would highly recommend Woodlake Legacy to anyone looking for Senior Living options.

After visiting several other facilities walking into Woodlake Legacy was the most welcomming and heartwarming environment. Far exceeding the other facilities, the staff genuinely care about both the residents and the family and made us feel relieved of finally finding a good place for my mom. Upper management and owner have been very kind and understanding regarding our needs and concerns. Highly recommend this wonderful community and staff.

This place is absolutely incredible. From day one, the staff here have treated us amazing. You can feel the difference the second you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, the building is spotless and charming, and there’s a positive energy in the air. The caregivers don’t just do their jobs, they genuinely care. They know every resident by name, what they like, and what makes them smile. Meals are fantastic (not the bland “facility food” you’d expect) and the the staff are wonderful. There is a specific staff member Ms Scheeler who deserves a special mention. She has gone above and beyond for us. We really appreciate it.
