Nope nope nope. Rejected our dad the day before he was due to move in (they did have some understandable safety concerns, which I will not fault them for.) As a result, we had to scramble to find another facility and ended up at one that was much more expensive. They then STILL deposited our over $4,000 deposit, even though they rejected him, overdrafting our account since we were already paying a new facility. They said they would reimburse the amount, but not the overdraft, even though it was entirely their fault and only occurred because we had to make a similar deposit at the 2nd facility. They are a mess. Good luck if you go with them.
