Youville Place

Youville and its caring and compassionate staff made the last two years of my late mother's life as comfortable as possible. My siblings and I were able to continue with our careers and family responsibilities, knowing that our elderly and frail mother was under competent and capable care at all times. There are many activities for the residents to engage in, and the staff is upbeat and positive. A library is available for use by residents, and a recreation room hosts many events to keep the residents engaged. Many levels of care are offered, including memory care. The grounds are pastoral and picturesque. The building is well kept up and efficiently run. My mother enjoyed living in a lovely apartment overlooking a pond.

If I could leave 10 "stars", I would! Youville Place is truly "home" for my family member. The property is meticulous, with gracious furnishings and fresh flowers all around the common areas. Upon entering the property, you feel as though you are in a private, country estate. Meals are served in a warm and beautiful dining room that reminds me of a small country club. The menu changes often and is wonderful. In addition, snacks are always available in the "Country Kitchen". There are fireplaces, lovely comfy chairs, tons of thoughtful and engaging activities! The staff is incredibly welcoming, kind, patient, quick to smile and just so lovely. I visit often and each time, I feel so peaceful and grateful for the wonderful team and care there. You are all just the best! Thank you so much and keep up the incredible work - your efforts are so noticed and appreciated!! I often say I would love an apartment there for myself!

Absolutely thrilled with Youville Place Assisted Living! My dad has been living there for just over a year now, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Initially, my dad worried about giving up his independence. That has not happened! He continues to be quite independent. While he did give up his car, he can still access convenient transport through Youville Place. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, always going above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and supported. There’s a great variety of activities that keep everyone engaged and happy, fostering genuine friendships and a strong sense of belonging. The grounds are lovely and well-maintained. In good weather, you see lots of people enjoying a stroll around the pond. The apartments are very comfortable, truly making it feel like home. Youville House also has a beautiful chapel on the second floor with a regular mass schedule. This has been such a meaningful part of the community and experience for my dad and our family. I’m so grateful for the compassionate environment Youville Place provides and highly recommend it to anyone looking for compassionate, engaging assisted living. Five stars all the way!

Such a lovely place! My mother’s health and happiness increased after she moved to Youville Place. She talks about friends, how nice and helpful the staff are, and she loves the activities. She is not Catholic, but attending mass in the building on Sundays has been her favorite part and the religious community has welcomed her with open arms. The administrative staff have been communicative and helpful for us as her family, as well. I cannot recommend enough!

Youville Place is a wonderful community for my mom. She has a beautiful apartment and some lovely friends. The community staff are warm and welcoming and very helpful when needed. We, as a family, couldn’t have chosen a better place for mom.
